Description

The Print/Web (Offset) Press Operator demonstrates the ability to learn on the job training (OJT). The ideal candidate will operate various machines while observing proper utilization of material and procedures to ensure completion of each job.

This position is responsible for:

• Setting up and operating the machines for production runs
• Maintaining the operating and production logs
• Keeping an orderly and clean work area to maximize safety on the production floor
• Production and quality of the product

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Possess some mechanical aptitude
• Trade schooling and/or Technical Degree a plus
• Flexographic experience a DEFINITE plus
• Print/Web (Offset) Press experience a plus
• Able to read a ruler proficiently
• Able to read and understand English
• Color matching

Physical Demands:

• Stand for 8 hours
• Lift 50+ lbs
